ID Groove-Turn
ISCAR’s unique groove-turn tools are multifunction turning tools, able to operate in a sequence of grooving and turning modes. The CUT-GRIP line offers a diverse range of multifunction groove-turn tools, integral and quick change for increased productivity and profitability. Our impressive variety of external and internal standard tools also includes internal coolant designed especially for machining aluminum and to prevent chip problems. This variety which consists of different geometries and angles allows us to provide appropriate solutions for all of the groove-turn applications O.D., I.D., bore and face. In addition to our standard items, one of our unique specialties is to provide complete solutions for machining aluminum wheels. Our R&D department is highly experienced and has the ability to quickly design specially tailored items for the customer’s needs.
